“Great home base for travelers!”
The location is excellent and extremely convenient, with a convenience store just a 2‑minute walk away. The Den‑en‑Toshi Line offers many other nice stations for tourists, and there’s a lovely sento right next door. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were friendly. Room service isn’t automatic after four days, so you must request it. I liked the lounge area where guests can cook and relax, though the selection of dishes for hotel guests was limited. The room was spacious enough for my solo travel needs, and I’m 194 cm tall; if you’re taller than 194 cm (about 6'4") the bed will feel short. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs and play sleep music loudly, as the experience depends on neighboring guests. Noise can be an issue: even with ear plugs and loud sleep music, I could still feel the vibrations from a snoring guest, making it hard to sleep; after that guest left, I slept fine. Door slamming and hallway activity disturb light sleepers, though ear plugs and other amenities are provided for free. Initially, my room’s shower/tub didn’t drain, so I had to move to a new room, but the staff were very kind and accommodating, so it wasn’t a major problem. I would definitely stay here again!
