The sauna was intensely hot and warmed me up, but the toilet in the room had an unpleasant odor.

My room was spacious enough and the hotel has a great location. Out the front door and step into a multi block covered shopping mall filled with eateries and shops. Rail is not far away and the airport limousine bus is around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful,and the public bath also very good. Special high five’s for the breakfast in the partner Dormy Inn opposite. It was fantastic and one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The advice about how busy breakfast time can be be was very helpful. The dormy inn’s stability shines with great access to Sapporo Station, Odori Park, and Susukino. The annex lets you roam the premium baths freely, and the location in Tanukijō keeps you dry even when it rains. No complaints.
