The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly but their English was not great; it was cheap. The room was dirty, the shower was positioned between the toilet and sink so the whole floor flooded after showering, and street noise kept coming in at night.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for Tanzania. The 24/7 restaurant is decent, though the food quality varies—some dishes work, others don't, but overall it’s an acceptable dining spot. Airport transfer was convenient and reasonably priced; for other transport I’d just use Bolt. Unfortunately, the staff’s English was poor, so I had a local friend translate for me. Breakfast was limited, offering only a few Swahili options, and the location isn’t in a great area.

The staff were friendly, but the door lock in my room didn’t work properly.

I got good value for the price, but the check‑in was delayed and my room was swapped the next day without my permission. My belongings were moved into the new room without my consent.
