At first we were given a room where the shower drain didn’t work; we arrived late and only used the shower the next morning, so we spent a night there and the beds were very cozy. When we told the staff, the maintenance guy came to fix it. Communicating was a bit tough because of his limited English, but after some back‑and‑forth we got a new room. The staff stayed friendly and tried their best. The second room was very nice and spacious. The roof terrace is great, the spa too, and breakfast offers a wide selection.

The location is in the heart of the city, the staff are kind and the services (bar, pool, sauna…) are good. The room was dark (one window but boarded up and blocked). The shower was between the sink and toilet with no divider. At first we wondered if there was a shower. As a result, the whole bathroom gets wet.
