What a fantastic find! I loved the setting, the warm atmosphere, attentive service, and overall charm. It feels like a special place where you truly feel welcome. Huge thanks to the whole team for their hospitality and professionalism—I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

A cozy, quiet place with a few rooms, perfect for relaxing, yet only 15 minutes by car from the Medina. I appreciated the option for lunch and dinner and the chef’s personal activity tips. The only drawback would be that some staff seemed unaware of their tasks (a friendly suggestion for improvement), though they were always very friendly.

I had to wait too long before getting my room.

The place has a fairly elegant vibe, but the bedding and bath linens were subpar, there was no coffee maker, room service was painfully slow, and breakfast was a disaster.

I had a wonderful experience at Palais Nouhass! A huge thank you to the owner for his efficiency and availability. Special shout‑out to Yassine, who always offered a kind word, a smile, or a small gesture whenever we ran into him. 🙏 Thanks also to the breakfast ladies, especially the one who makes omelettes and eggs, always with a smile! 😊 A warm team that truly makes a difference. Thanks to everyone! Ismail
