We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic, from the exterior and gardens through to the interiors, with incredible views and a fantastic location. Set in beautiful Battery Point, it is conveniently located with easy access to quality cafés, restaurants and everything Hobart has to offer. Despite feeling very luxurious, the hotel also has a real sense of warmth and homeliness. Every detail feels considered, from the soft music, beautiful scent and ambient lighting to thoughtful touches like the guest kitchen where you can help yourself. My sister originally recommended the hotel to us and we are so glad she did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart.

“Absolutely loved this place. However choose a room on the upper story.”

The building was beautifully renovated, the location was fabulous, and the fresh food offered was excellent. We were on the lower floor and the noise from the room above was very audible; flushing toilets through the night and voices disturbed the ambience.

The heritage house and rooms were done in great taste and all rooms were done in amazing decor and taste The staff Ricardo and Al were so amazing and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for us. The communal kitchen and continental breakfast supplied was way and beyond perfect
