The hotel was spotless and the facilities were excellent, staff were very friendly, but the neighborhood feels unsafe at night and the metro station is close.

I didn’t like anything about the place; staying for a day was far below Hilton standards, with the only redeeming factor being the staff. We checked in early but the room was dirty, hair under the blanket, pillows were STINKING, the floor hadn’t been mopped, and the bathroom was filthy. The hotel lacked finesse and attention to detail. A 20% discount was offered, yet it ruined my trip and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great, the hotel is clean and breakfast is excellent; staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, though the room could have a better smell.
