“Quick night”
I slept okay, though it was a bit cold. The landscape is absolutely steep, and the parking gates are locked, so you need a code to exit. The heating system needs improvement.
“Location and staff was great but the rest awful”
The spot was spot on, but the room left a lot to be desired. From the outside it seemed okay, yet inside the dining areas were unremarkable because our room was so terrible I couldn't even imagine what the kitchen looked like. We had to prop the extension cord on a chair just to keep the kettle off the floor. There were holes in the wall where a curtain pole had fallen, brown stains on the ceiling, and wooden doors taped on that didn't look safe. The bathroom paint was unfinished—just look at my photos. On the morning we were leaving, I discovered a blood stain on the blanket I used to sleep on, and there was nowhere to hang clothes.

Nothing positive to say. The rooms were changed at the last minute, and they still had other guests’ belongings inside. There was no toilet paper or soap, and the bedding and rooms were dirty. With small children, the windows were left wide open, which was unsafe. We had to request fresh bedding, but it was still dirty. We were told we couldn’t have breakfast in the morning even though it’s advertised as included. The reception smelled of cigarettes, the rooms were freezing, and we didn’t get any sleep. No one was available to help us check out; we called the number and got no answer. The staff at the entrance were shouting and chatting loudly all night. The one person who let us in didn’t understand English and wasn’t willing to help, saying he’d pass everything to the morning shift, but there was no one on shift. We had to leave the keys after waiting half an hour because we were running late, even though we’d told them the time we’d check out. This place is not recommended.
