The hotel is convenient to I‑77, the room is spacious, and breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the electrically operated window shades in the accessible room didn’t work; one shade stayed stuck open, forcing me to wake up early from the morning sun. That accessible room on the fourth floor was the furthest from the elevator. The bathroom sink faucet was loose, indicating poor maintenance. The night clerk didn’t offer a welcome or a smile when I checked in.
