The location was good. From there everything fell apart. The access to the place required a deposit immediately and threatened to cancel the booking even though Booking doesn’t charge a deposit and there’s no way to pay through Booking. When we arrived there was no elevator. The rooms look nice but not exactly, there’s no toilet paper and no way to communicate with staff. In the morning there was no water in the room, only at 8 am when we already had to leave and couldn’t shower. Not a pleasant experience at all, contrary to reviews, and unlike those who wrote, it really isn’t a 3‑star hotel… Shower between the toilet and sink without a separate compartment in the same space.

I booked a female dorm and it was quite spacious! The dorm is on the third floor, but that wasn’t a big issue because the staff is very helpful. The female dorm is quite separate from the male dorms, so there’s privacy. I stayed there for just one night. Overall, decent stay. The bed lamps don’t work, which is what I’d like to be fixed.

I had a medical emergency during my stay that required an ambulance to the hospital; the owner helped me out with everything during this difficult time. A very good man who deserves more business. Nothing else, the room and facilities were very clean.
