The staff were very friendly when we arrived, but when we went into our room at night after dropping our bags, there was no blanket, only a small sheet and a small towel, as if it was only set up for one person or someone forgot to clean it; the toilet was also unclean and heavily limescaled, the toilet brush had never been replaced, the mattress protector was stained and full of black hair, the supposed blankets in the closet were dirty, heavily stained, and didn’t fit the small duvet cover, plus there was a lot of rubbish; no one was on site to help, so we had to fend for ourselves, making the value for money really bad; the hotel did respond at night to our message, but they brought an oversized blanket that didn’t fit the small cover; after that I wrote everything down and never heard from the hotel again; it was a shame, but we only stayed one night.
