The room was pretty clean and nice, but the bathtub couldn't be filled because water leaked out the corners. It’s located in an amusement park, but without the rides it feels very dull. Everything is closed: the pool and the gym. The breakfast buffet was there, but the food was unappetizing. The staff were terrible, unhelpful, and couldn't interact; no one spoke English.

Great spot if you’re up for a Fansipan hike—just a 20‑minute walk from a ranger station. The rooms offer amazing views and the breakfast was delicious. The room was quite humid and the staff had to change the sheets because tiny insects were on the duvet.

The hotel’s view is good because it sits in an attraction park. The service quality is deplorable. The restaurant closes at 18:30, forcing you to dine by then. There’s no breakfast on Wednesdays. The pool is accessible only once a day. The rooms are dirty, with mushrooms in the bathroom, a leak above our bed, no housekeeping, a stale smell, and the room hasn’t been aired out in a long time.
