The room view was amazing, but otherwise the whole experience was bubkis. There was no breakfast, the pool was disgusting, and no staff were available to help with anything.

It was a good distance from Bourbon and beyond, and the front desk lady was super super nice. However, it’s overpriced; the pictures were misleading, and there was way too much furniture in the room. I booked two rooms and one was so moist and humid with a horrible smell. I paid a lot of money for Motel 6 quality. It was a long haul from the car to the room, and it’s an old hotel with “new or remodeled” pricing. This place needs a serious update to the rooms to justify the pricing.

The location and lake view were good, and breakfast was good. The halls and rooms need updates; the AC wasn’t very cold, and the bathrooms are small with tubs that need redone.
