The location was fine, but the building needs a full overhaul from a maintenance standpoint – walls have deep, wide cracks, ceramic tiles are loose, screens are missing or broken, and the windows are also in bad shape. I had a hard time sleeping for three days because the windows were probably left open before I arrived, which made the lack of screens especially troublesome.

A very cute Tuscan countryside farmhouse. The outdoor garden and breakfast room were lovely, but the breakfast was average. Something needs fixing, like the locks and a few light bulbs.

The staff were extremely kind, the location was great for exploring the area, and the breakfast featured local products. A few more items for the bathroom would have been nice.
