The cleanliness of the hotel was a highlight of my stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating
The hotel's overall value is still a major plus, but the facilities could be improved upon.

Nothing positive. Everything smelled old, looked old and dirty, and I would never stay here again. The bed was horrible, the carpet in the room was dirty.
“The worst 3rd world hotel in Orlando.”
The exterior of the building and the price were the only positives. Everything else was bad: the staff, the $10 breakfast, the beds, the heat, the AC filters were disgusting (I run an AC company and that’s one of the first things I check), the TV didn’t work, there were way too many Tyrones and Jarmacus around (I was approached to buy weed on their property!), mildew was visible everywhere, the tubs were gross with dirt and hairs in them upon arrival, and another guest was complaining to the front desk at checkout about huge blood stains on her mattress while trying to remove the sheets for housekeeping… altogether it was TERRIBLE.
“Aside from the AC, I’d stay again. It’s a nice, non packed comfortable little hotel.”
The staff were exceptional, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The only drawback was that the A/C units in the rooms didn’t cool the room; the building seems to lack central AC. Aside from that, the place is easy‑going and relaxing. HVAC needs revamping. If central air isn’t feasible, installing mini‑splits for each floor for the hallways and main sections of the hotel, and using window‑unit machines in the rooms might keep the temperatures down.
“Nada fuera de lo normal”
The staff were attentive. The breakfast was regular, and the rooms were a bit old.
Cleanliness was good. The bed was sagging.
