Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The hotel’s location is excellent, close to all attractions, shopping centres, and parks. The room was clean, cozy, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and housekeeping did a good job. The only downside was the very bad Wi‑Fi—it kept dropping, and in one spot the signal vanished when you moved away. Other than that, everything was fine.

The staff welcomed us nicely and arranged a Yandex taxi to the airport through the app; breakfast was okay, but they didn't refill it when it ran out. The room was poorly equipped and in disrepair—part of the wall was broken, a molding was ripped off, the door was damaged, the floor was dirty, and the toilet brush was left on the floor. The value for money was very bad. There was no hot water when we arrived, and after calling the staff it took an hour to get it. There was no outlet for the kettle, so we had to place it on the floor. We had read a comment about pigeons keeping you awake, and it was true—numerous nests near the windows and we heard them walking on the metal all night.
