The breakfast was good.
The cleaning and staff friendliness were excellent.
The location and the new bathroom are positives. There’s no hair dryer in the bathroom and it’s never available at reception. The rooms lack heating and/or air conditioning. The sound sealing on the windows is very weak or nonexistent. Breakfast offers few fruit options and healthy cereals/grains.
“Descanso”
The staff are very friendly, yet there’s no bar to relax and listen to music, which is a personal matter.
“Disfruta Ambato desde su mejor hotel.”
The suites are luxurious.
