They served the requested breakfast, which met the standard. Overall, the staff and the location were excellent. One small issue was that the family room should be more bug‑resistant; below the main door there was a huge gap. Hope they’ll fix that.

I had a really wonderful stay, mainly because of the convenient location and the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. However, the hotel needs to improve its communication about inclusive breakfast bookings. Clarifying this process will make the experience perfect!

The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, paying close attention to guests. The place is quiet and the view of the river is very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The wifi, however, is not very good.
