I think the fee for the safe is borderline. I didn’t use it anyway, so it doesn’t matter much.

“Très bon hôtel, avec tout pour se relaxer, faire du sport et bien manger”

The hotel is clean and fully equipped so you can relax and enjoy everything on site; everything is arranged for a pleasant stay, the rooms are very comfortable and highly sound‑proofed, the buffets are excellent, and from breakfast to dinner there is a wide selection that changes daily while keeping the staples. The staff were very good. Two minor issues: you have to pay €2.5 per day for the safe even though it’s already in the room, otherwise you can’t use it. Also, they start removing items 15 minutes before closing; they don’t rush you, but you feel you shouldn’t be late or arrive too close to the end because they’ll take things away.

“hotel espectacular”

The beds are incredibly comfortable, everything was very clean and well cared for. The pool is spectacular, the aquagym instructor is outstanding. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. It’s a bit far from the beach.

We stayed in a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but we missed some basic items we normally expect in a 4‑star hotel, like a toothbrush and other toiletries. Small details like that make a difference and should be included to match the hotel’s category. Our experience was not what we expected. The food disappointed us the most: the quality and variety seemed quite poor, which is something you can read about in previous reviews that still haven’t been addressed. We booked this hotel hoping that reviews would be taken into account and improvements made, but many people, especially Spanish guests, are disappointed by the food. We were also surprised that, even with half‑board, we had to pay separately for the food itself, even a natural juice at breakfast, which was excessive for what was offered. We felt the hotel is very focused on foreign tourism, both in atmosphere and services, so it may not be the best choice for those looking for a more Spanish‑adapted environment. Overall, we think the hotel could greatly improve the food quality and value for money. It’s a shame, because with some changes the experience could be much better.
