A fantastic apartment in the heart of the city, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the private terrace plus well-equipped kitchen were big pluses. The host was super responsive and helpful, and when my first room lacked WiFi, Daniella promptly swapped me into a new room, so that was no issue at all. Nothing else to complain about.

The place is absolutely charming: the renovation respected the original layout, the interior feels welcoming and stylish, and the terrace offers spectacular sunsets over Salento in a calm, relaxed setting. The room I stayed in, Granaio, feels like a tiny museum of antique tools. The bed was extremely comfortable, the external bathroom—exclusive to the room—was spacious and functional. The staff were warm and discreet. A great experience overall!

The location is perfect, the room is very nice and cool, and everything is well organized: there’s a fridge you can use, a lovely terrace for guests, and the living room is gorgeous. The only downside might be breakfast: they listened to our needs (my friend is vegan and they provided vegan milk) but I expected something more, maybe yogurt or fresh fruit.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are evocative with impeccably preserved historic details. The spacious lounge serves the included breakfast. A definite plus is the rooftop lounge with panoramic terrace for aperitifs, next to a handy laundry room. Adjacent to the lounge is a large fridge in the kitchen for storing drinks and food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even suggesting places to visit during the holiday. The room was very small despite its charm, the sink in the room and the bathroom were tiny with little space. Breakfast could be improved; there were local specialties but unfortunately not many options.
