The hotel itself is beautiful; I enjoyed strolling through the lobby and admiring the paintings. The café offered tasty food and cakes at a good price. The room was nice, though a bit small. I also liked how close the train station, the shopping centre right next to the hotel, and several restaurants were. It was a lovely place to stay. The Wi‑Fi was poor; I had to rely on my own mobile data to load basic apps like my eSIM app to check remaining data in a reasonable time.

It was close to Narita Airport and the transport connections were great; there were no negatives at all.

The staff were very courteous, but the non‑smoking room I requested smelled bad, even the pillow had an odor, which was the only disappointing part.
