The view was stunning, the place was peaceful, breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were old, not clean enough or well maintained, not worth the price; the kettle in the room had a lot of limescale, the fixtures looked worn out.

The staff were cheerful and the service was fast and professional; I really appreciated the chef’s effort to keep me updated on gluten‑free options, thanks! Host Yossi solved the problem quickly and well. When we arrived for the holiday meal, we didn’t get a table for three as expected, only for two, and we had to stand and wait while the table was rearranged; couples are always assigned to the default seating, which is not flattering at all.

Victoria was lovely and the food was excellent, but the rooms and spa weren't clean enough.
