“Easy stay, But Improvements Needed in Professionalism”

The check‑in was smooth and hassle‑free, and the spot is spot‑on and super convenient. The apartment feels brand new, bright and modern, and the room is roomy with a big, comfy bed that made it easy to unwind and sleep well. The place stayed cozy and had A/C when needed. During my 6‑day stay a facilities staff member came in to restock supplies. I understand the need for maintenance, but I felt uneasy about how it was handled. The staff member made unsolicited remarks about the apartment’s smell, implying it was from food I’d cooked, which seemed unprofessional. Worse, when I returned the doors and windows were all open, a serious breach of my privacy and security. As a guest you expect your space to be respected and staff to act discreetly and professionally when entering. This incident lowered my overall comfort and I would return only if customer service and privacy respect improve.

“Buona posizione”

The room was neutral, fairly clean and in a great spot. The building where the property sits is kept in very bad shape.

Being right in the center is convenient, the place is clean and the host is helpful. We hope the condominium works on the stairwell lobby soon, it would add value to the property.

The construction site in the stairwell is a nuisance. A new bed would also be nice.
