The atmosphere was nice, but the atmosphere was also a bit off.

The staff were attentive; any missing items were fixed immediately after we reported them. Their bright smiles made the clean, comfortable accommodation feel welcoming.

The place was impeccably clean, but the pillows were too thick for a side sleeper. Instead of two thick pillows per bed, try one thick and one thinner pillow per bed to help side sleepers.

The location was very good, close to Mon Saphan, and the resort’s design and surrounding greenery were pleasing. The area was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was insects: I understand that rainy seasons attract them, but finding five large spiders in the beds was unpleasant, especially when traveling with a child and choosing a resort over camping.
