The location was right in the historic district, and the property was cozy and unique. I had trouble sleeping because the A/C kept cycling on and off all night, which might have been a user error, the bright light outside my window kept me awake, and the roosters woke us at dawn.

I didn’t order anything extra from the menu; the continental breakfast was good. I was charged $50.00 per night for my dog, which seemed excessive since there were no pet facilities.

The spot’s location was spot‑on for wandering around Old Town Key West, and the pool and common areas were spotless and inviting. Breakfast blew us away, and Sam, the on‑site property manager, was incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. The room itself was cozy and fully equipped, so we’re definitely planning a return.

We found this place to be a real gem and would have loved to stay longer; the host was fantastic and the waffles at breakfast were a delightful touch. Nothing else to add.
