The place was spot‑on: great location, spotless rooms, and the breakfast was super complete and excellent.

The pool was fantastic, the rooms had lovely balconies, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great, even you could sit outside, and the décor was charming with nice seating areas. The only issue was that it was very busy during breakfast, so you just have to avoid the peak times.

“t feels like a train station—crowded and chaotic; you have to wait in line at reception for any ques”

The rope between the tables and the pool needs to be removed – people keep tripping over it and getting hurt. Safety should be a priority.

The room was beautiful with a stunning balcony view, and the setting was quiet even though the airport is nearby. However, the check‑in wait was too long, the Star Café waiter was very unfriendly, the bed creaked terribly, and it was extremely expensive for what it was.

Schon beim check in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, viele liebe Details runden die Wohlfühlatmosphäre ab. Animation ist unaufdringlich, täglich werden kleine goodies verteilt. Jemand aus unserer Gruppe hatte Geburtstag und ohne dass wir es bei der Buchung angegeben hätten, stand plötzlich jemand mit einem Geburtstagskuchen vor der Tür! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, der Kaffee der beste, den ich seit langem in einem Hotel hatte. Leider sind die Betten auch hier Einzelbetten auf Rollen, allerdings mit etwas besseren Matratzen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, weil die Türen einen großen Spalt unten aufweisen. Auch dass das Housekeeping bereits um 8.00 vor der Tür steht, empfanden wir als störend. Der Pool ist sehr schön, leider zu kalt, auch der whirlpool und der Innenpool ist nicht wärmer
