The hotel feels a bit dated, as if nothing has been updated in 35 years, but the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is plenty, so we felt comfortable.

The breakfast was great, the location is convenient for visiting Orvieto, the area is quiet, and the bed was perfect. The faucets and shower head could use improvement, and while the furniture is nice, it is a bit worn in some spots.
