I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but things didn't quite go as planned. When I checked in, I wasn't informed about the breakfast options, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, the pool was out of service, which was a major bummer.

Despite some issues, I had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my requests. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the hot water in the shower was amazing. However, there were a few problems - the wifi didn't work in my room, and the bathroom had a lingering smell and a stain on the toilet.
