“Horrible”
The manager and staff ignore the quiet‑time rule after 10 pm, the photos are misleading and the place is old and dirty; it’s right next to the mosque, and at 5 am the speakers were in my bed – they even decided not to put windows in the bathroom so the noise is louder; no positives, the price is too high for all this, and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel sits near the harbor in a little lane you can reach on foot after leaving the port, and the staff were helpful; we booked two rooms, one of which was far better than the other and both had large beds. The second room down on the left needs a thorough renovation, as the bedding and towels were heavily stained.

The location was good and the staff were helpful when they were around. The air conditioning was broken, the shower was broken, and sometimes there was no running water; the bathroom was dirty. The key jammed inside the lock and we were stuck in our room; I sent a message asking for help but got no reply, and we were lucky to escape through the window. At checkout they tried to charge us for the key, even though the hotel clearly needs renovations.

The rooms didn’t match the pictures, and when we arrived we found cockroaches, lizards and spiders; the room was very old, broken and dirty, with food under the bed headboard, so we had to leave early because we couldn’t stay any longer.
