The location, staff, and cleanliness were all great. The shower stall leaked a bit, but it wasn't a major issue.

Breakfast was completely unacceptable. Besides the booking rate, we had to pay an extra 760 UAH per person for breakfast, which felt like a mockery. First, the management arbitrarily gave one group of guests a full breakfast platter, while another group received a “swedish buffet.” Watching others pick fruit from the buffet while we were served a sour casserole was absurd. And the food itself was terrible: the pastries were stale and undercooked, the eggs were burnt on the bottom and raw on top (the whites were translucent!), the toast was grilled on a never‑clean grill, leaving a foul smell and black charcoal streaks. The cheapest sausages were even sliced in half. It was a disgrace. The hotel could be taken out of the USSR, but the USSR would not come out of the hotel!

We stayed here with my husband and our fluffy pets and left extremely satisfied. The hotel is truly pet friendly 🐾, which matters a lot because it’s rare to find a place that lets you relax with your companions. The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, the kitchen was great and everything tasted good, and the service was top‑class. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and considerate, offering care without being intrusive, which was very appealing. We were also deeply touched by the atmosphere on the premises 🥹. There were adorable kittens, and an old guard cat who seemed to have become a permanent resident 🐈❤️. That speaks volumes for me. When the staff care for animals, keep them fed and safe, it reflects well on the owners and the team. In such places you feel the service is backed by genuinely kind, humane people. We left with the warmest impressions and will definitely return. We’ll gladly recommend this hotel to friends ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay, delicious food, care, and this special vibe 🫶
