The location is great and the apartment spaces are nice. Parking was a hassle and the bath towels and overall room cleanliness could have been better.

“Bonito por fora e acabado por dentro.”

The air conditioning kept the room cool. However, the pre‑check‑in was rude and the staff clearly lack hospitality skills. The facilities look worn out; the white laminate was peeling, the bathroom ceiling had damp and mold marks. The exterior is pretty, but the rooms are poorly maintained.

“Hotel parece bom, mas vai te surpreender negativamente.”

The location is good and the staff are very attentive. The room door had a faulty latch that required pulling to open, and the bathroom sliding door only had a handle on the outside, which made it impossible to keep the bathroom temperature separate from the room. The shower water pressure was too low for a hotel. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, unusable for work or video calls; a proper enterprise system with mesh access points would help, but multiple networks actually interfere. There was no intercom in the rooms and WhatsApp messages were often ignored. The price is high for what is offered, especially compared to a well‑known Brazilian hotel chain that charges less and provides a much better experience.
