“Expensive to reserve and dirty with dead bugs everywhere!”
The front desk staff was friendly, but the rest of the experience was disastrous. I booked a room, yet someone arrived with no reservation and paid $50 less than I did—what the heck! The room was filthy: sheets had black marks and strange red stains, and there were dead bugs everywhere under the bed. I had to take a picture to confirm I wasn’t hallucinating. When I tried to shower, there were no towels. The hotel looked like it was falling apart and clearly wasn’t well maintained. I would not recommend staying here again.
