The hotel met all expected standards, the breakfast was excellent, the rooftop offered unlimited hot drinks, the rooms were spacious with real windows, and the staff were very kind, yet the badges fall apart easily, so you have to ask for a key instead.

I had known this place before; its original décor and fantastic location were highlights, but the room cleaning was mediocre, the fridge was empty, the coffee pods were replaced only occasionally, breakfast had worsened, and the staff were notably unfriendly.
