Located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, Eden Star Saigon Hotel & Spa offers a 5-minute walk to Co-op Supermarket and a 5-minute drive to Ben Thanh Market. The hotel features an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and a spa with a fitness centre, sauna, and massage services. Modern rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and minibars, while the in-house restaurant serves Vietnamese and international cuisine.

Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The property feels modern with spacious rooms, a rooftop pool, and plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. However, renovation work blared from 8:00 to 16:30 every day, and despite asking for a quieter room we couldn’t get one. As compensation they offered a free airport transfer, which they covered.

The spot was spot on, making it a breeze to hit all the main sights in HCM, and the staff were genuinely nice. The beds were super comfy. The only hiccup was an extendable shower over a bathtub, which caught me off guard, and while breakfast was good, the hot items tended to be more lukewarm than truly hot.

I like the location of this hotel as you can walk to many places. The room was large. The outdoor rooftop pool is very nice. When I told the staff we needed to check out at 0200 for a flight they offered to ensure we got a take away breakfast, which they delivered to us. There is currently renovations going on. We only stayed two days and flexible times to sleep was important to us, so when a hammer drill started on the walls at 0800 ad continued for much of the day, our rest was destroyed. There was a letter in the room apologising, but had we been told in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. I stayed here back in 2023 and it was all very nice. But feels a little aged.but I guess that is why they are renovating

The location was great for walking to many places. We were told there wouldn’t be any morning noise, but that wasn’t true. They compensated us when we left, but there were two mornings that woke us up very early.
