Esmeralda Resort - Orient Bay, a 4-star haven of peace, boasts direct beach access and an intimate atmosphere. Fifty rooms and suites, divided into 15 luxurious villas with semi-private pools, are scattered in a vast tropical garden. The resort features The Astrolabe restaurant, four beach restaurants, free Wi-Fi, and activities like scuba diving and water skiing.

Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The property is pretty basic but welcoming, and when we arrived we were given a beautiful, newly renovated room. Unfortunately, the Orient Bay beach faces the ocean side and was covered in algae; I’m not sure if that’s just a seasonal issue, but if you don’t have a car to move around, the location isn’t ideal. Breakfast was good but basic.

The spot, the beach access, and the spacious accommodation were great. The buffet had a limited selection, sticking to a classic continental spread.

The setting, the place, the service, the kindness and the availability were all great, as was the peace and quiet. The room was comfortable and the heated pool was lovely. We stayed ten days and, honestly, the only drawback was breakfast – the selection was limited and the same every morning, with butter being the only salty item. You could pay €9 for two eggs and bacon or for four slices of French toast.

The location of our room was especially convenient, letting us enjoy the hotel and the beach without any hassle. The beach access and the provision of loungers were a real bonus: everything is simple and perfectly suited for enjoying Orient Bay. A special mention goes to the evening restaurant, which turned out to be a great surprise: exceptional cuisine, certainly one of the highlights of our stay. The room décor could use a slight refresh today to better match the overall quality of the establishment and its beautiful surroundings.

The pool, the proximity to the beach and restaurants, and the cleanliness of the premises were positives. The kitchen lacked equipment.
