The apartment is fairly new and the view is great. Unfortunately there is no direct walking path to the sea or the promenade; you always have to take a detour or drive. It was good that we had a rental car.

It was much quieter than other city hotels, the rooms were spacious, and the view from the pool area looked lovely both day and night. However, the chairs lack foot pads, so they are noisy when moved, and the location is unfamiliar to drivers.

Nothing good. The stay was poor: Wi‑Fi failed, I got locked out of my bathroom with no help, no response to messages, neighbors played loud music, I had to leave because there was no bathroom and they wouldn’t refund my money. The pool closed at 5 pm and staff had left; emergency numbers were unanswered.

The staff were nice and friendly, helping us open the door; she was kind and attentive. But it wasn’t worth the money paid. The building was clearly still under construction; in apartment F1 the balcony door wouldn’t close, the lock was broken, some lights didn't work, and there was no Wi‑Fi at all—despite asking many times, nothing was resolved.
