“Ended up staying because we were too tired to find another hotel and move”
The location and price were fine, yet a roach infestation, constant nighttime noise, and filthy rooms and hotel left a bad impression.
It was quiet, but the room smelled like urine when I entered.
“Horrible”
Nothing good to mention. The building smelled of cigarette smoke and mold; the hallway had drywall damage along its entire length, and our door looked like someone had tried to break it down with a bat. The room was mostly clean, but the blanket was rough and the pillows were terrible, one even had what looked like a cigarette burn on it.

The space was decent, but the bathroom for some other guests wasn’t clean.
“Birch Hill staff lieand are rude.”
The staff were rude and the place was dirty, and they tried to overcharge me while their business etiquette was poor.
