The hotel is in a strategic location with all services nearby. The Wi‑Fi never worked.

The location, the room, no noise, and the staff were good. The breakfast was horrible, and the pillows were bad.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff were nice. The restaurant staff were very unpleasant and cold, especially the two girls serving coffee. Parking is really hard to find near the hotel.

The location was good and we’d stayed there before; if you want a central hotel, it’s a solid choice and the family room was spacious. We were given only one key card for the family room and told to ask reception to open it if needed, and the lady who explained this wasn’t very smiling, which we didn’t like – at least two cards would have been reasonable. Breakfast wasn’t bad but could have been much better.
