“Very atmospheric, tranquil chateau with wonderfully comfortable bed.”

The suite was beautiful and atmospheric, the location stunning, the bed very comfy, and the lady at reception very pleasant. The restaurant, however, fell short: we chose the three‑course option, and after a small amount of mushroom puree appetizer came a main course with a tiny chunk of tough duck and one tiny potato—unbelievably poor for the price. After a long journey we were hungry and naturally disappointed, so we skipped breakfast.

The breakfast was very generous and featured excellent local products. The reception was welcoming, and the park was lovely. Everything is perfect.

The setting is stunning and the food is very good. We also really liked the honesty bar concept, which we hadn’t encountered before.

Die Lage und der Pool sind hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist vorbildhaft. Das Chateau und die Außenanlagen haben viel Charme. Die Weinkarte ist sehr gut. Gruselig ist das Personal im Restaurant, das unsere Reservierung, die bei Ankunft erfolgte, nicht notiert hatte. Extrem arrogant und nicht in der Lage, sich unseren Namen zu merken (mindestens 5 Nachfragen). Katzentisch bekommen. Keinerlei Großzügigkeit oder bedauern. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Turm, Einlasshöhe 1,70 Meter, darin sind Dusche und WC quasi ineinander. Für uns (über 1,80 Meter eine Zumutung) zudem ständige Nasszelle auch nicht wirklich sauber. Trotz verbrannter Landschaft an jedem Tisch in der ganzen Anlage Aschenbecher. Mindestens 3/4 der Besucher zum teil starke Raucher

“Would have preferred a more central location such as Albi”

I loved the quaint vibe, but the place feels a bit out of the way and the furniture is in poor shape. We were told at check‑in that breakfast was included, yet we had to pay for it at checkout.
