We didn't see any staff, nobody welcomed us, and access was difficult. The room had no coffee maker as listed, nor cups… TV channels didn't work, and there was no place to put soap in the shower. Overall, a lot to improve.

I liked it because it was near Borgo del Vino. There could have been lighting on the path to the rooms and signs indicating where the rooms are. They had little hooks stuck on the towel.
