“Gut, aber in Preis/ Leistung eher amitioniert”

We stayed in Prerow for a week. Apartment (No. 4) – that’s the only one we can evaluate – was young, purpose‑built, with a hallway kitchen, one bedroom, a bed and couch, a small dining table, and a modern‑painted bathroom, all purpose‑built. The room was comparatively dark; the little windows were positioned so you couldn’t look straight outside. Because the weather was great, it didn’t stand out too much, but on bad weather you don’t want to stay inside all day. The gym was small, cramped, full, and the equipment seemed haphazardly arranged – we didn’t use it. The promised view of the (nice) garden was only visible from the bathroom. Even though the building is sound‑proof, the atmosphere was quiet. Overall the stay was okay, but for the price (monthly rent 135 €/m² warm) you expect more. In cooler days we would especially miss a sauna.

Great ambience, high‑quality furnishings, very nice garden, quiet location (bike to shopping recommended), yoga offerings. No negatives.

“Klasse, mit Stil, sehr gepflegt, erholsam, unkompliziert”

The place is very stylish, well kept, with a pleasant scent, and a beautiful garden that feels like a retreat; it’s quiet and right next to Darss-Wald, with shops just around the corner, plus a fitness room. A sun umbrella on the balcony would be nice.
