“Overall, a good experience.”

Check‑in and customer relations were great! The hotel has a lovely ambience and personalized services. Communication and response to enquiries and needs were swift. For the price, relative to comparable lodging facilities, there should be air conditioning in all rooms. Management should provide landmarks to ease locating the hotel.

“A nice place to stay, good value”

The staff is so nice and helpful: receptionists, cleaners, guards, cooks… The place is a good value, in a lively area, close to many spots by motorbike or cab. The rooftop is a plus, you can work there. There’s a feeling of privacy in the room. Still very noisy because of the traffic. Windows would need double glazing. One evening, no water, I had to wake up the poor security guard to make the water tank work again. Sometimes no hot water.

“Fantastic budget friendly clean basic hotel in a local area of Kigali”

Very good budget friendly hotel in a local area. The room was clean and had all the basics needed for a good holiday including a restaurant for breakfast, soap and water in the rooms, and someone always at reception to help. I would highly recommend printing out a detailed map to the hotel with landmarks to hand to tourists because many city taxis do not understand where this hotel is or how to get to it
