Location Parking though it is limited. 1.One Toilet is shared with other guest from other rooms 2.Toilet sinks needs repair halfway detached from the wall and about to fall off the wall. 3.Toilet has no space where guests can put their tooth brush ,shampoos and bath soaps all these to be put at the top of toilet bowl reservoir. 4. Only one towel provided for two senior Guests. 5.no bottled water supplied to each guest upon check in

“Did not continued my stay very disappointing.”

The experience was terrible; the room was awful and unpresentable, and I was even cancelled after I arrived, with no response from the staff.

“Catastrophique, très sale”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the absolute disaster that was our stay here. The photos on the booking site barely scratched the surface of the filth and neglect that we encountered. The owner seemed completely uninterested in providing a decent experience, and the rooms were a catastrophe. Broken doors, broken furniture, and a general sense of squalor made it impossible for us to stay. The shared bathroom was a nightmare, with trash and debris everywhere.

This place is seriously in need of a major renovation. The facilities are old and dirty, and it's clear that they haven't been updated in years. The whole place feels run down and neglected, which is a shame because it's actually located in a pretty great spot. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here until they get their act together.

I was really looking forward to my stay but things started off on the wrong foot. The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of the city, but the lack of basic supplies like toilet paper was a major issue. I asked the staff for some, but they told me the person in charge of ordering it was out, so I was left without. On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the toilet paper situation was a real problem.
