The place is gorgeous, with a lovely courtyard and a clean, comfortable room. A short walk takes you into the charming village of Appenzell.

This cozy spot is just a stone's throw from the city and comes with a well‑equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, porch, and sauna. The rooms are spotless and the staff are friendly, but the room was uncomfortably warm.

The décor is great and the place feels well maintained. It’s quiet and close to the old town, which makes it highly recommendable. I didn’t realize I’d need to book a parking spot separately, which was a bit of a hassle.

The room was spotless and cozy, with a big kitchen, TV, and a smooth self‑check‑in process. It’s centrally located, but the mattress was too soft for me, street and construction noise were noticeable, and there was no hair dryer.
