The hotel was very nice, the kids loved the indoor pool with the slide, and we had a great stay; the only downside was that the games room needed some upkeep and a few machines charged us without working.

There was a hole in the wall of the room, the thermostat was hard to adjust and maintain temperature, and the kitchen staff didn’t know which items were gluten‑free—training is needed. The front desk staff were great, but the workout room was very limited. The issues above were the only negatives.

The staff were fantastic, the room was spotless and freshly updated, and the pool area was superb.
