The property is soo clean and aesthetically pleasing . It’s close to other attractions Really had a good time. I wasn’t given the opportunity to enjoy my spa treatment cause the host gave the spa therapist the wrong booking time. I booked x 2 treatments at 13:00, the therapists came at 13:40 and in panic mode saying the host said she made a mistake,she thought I booked for 13:30. So I couldn’t do the foot scrub,could only do the back massage of which took 15 minutes cause I needed to prepare for the game drive. During the massage the therapist was soo distracted,she used one hand to massage me and the other one she was using her phone
