Rooms were not clean, full of flies, waste near the room, towels were dirty and ripped, pillows were dirty…completely useless.

We stayed at Velvet Revive yesterday; the room and overall stay were okay, but the restaurant and food experience was utterly disappointing. The curries served had an unpleasant sour taste. They charge ₹40 for a single porotta, which wasn't freshly made—it was hard and rubbery, clearly just reheated leftover food. A regular lime juice was priced at ₹120, yet had no proper flavor other than an overwhelming, sharp sourness. Serving such poor-quality food at these premium prices is completely unacceptable.
