The place is very centrally located for sightseeing, the owner is very attentive, and overall it’s a great spot with excellent value for money; the main drawback is that parking is in a busy area with no nearby spots, and there’s no breakfast, but the price still exceeds expectations.

The location is perfect, close to markets, bars, and the lookout point for the little waves; I have no complaints at all—Felipe and his staff are wonderful, and we regret leaving so soon! We hope to return one day.

The service was optimal, very friendly and attentive; they welcomed me, gave recommendations, and accompanied me—thanks Lindy and Felipe. The facilities were very clean, the quality–price ratio was great, and the location is very convenient, just a few blocks from the sea, a short walk or bus ride to other beaches; overall, highly recommended.

The spot is unbeatable, right in front of Igreja square, and you can hop onto the beach, Igreja, Broadway, and Mucugê in a flash. Even though it's close to everything, the noise level stays low, letting you actually catch some sleep.
