The staff was very welcoming, made small talk, smiled, & didn't hesitate to help. I loved the regular size refrigerator with ice maker, pots & pans, dishwasher.just everything was top notch!

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but we got a different room, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was too hot to sleep, the staff promised a check but nobody arrived, the dresser in the queen room wouldn’t stay closed and they even put cardboard underneath; we paid $310 for no AC, no walk‑in shower we paid for, and a dresser that wouldn’t stay shut.

The bed and pillows were awesome, but the power flickered around 8 30 pm and the TV cable never came back on so we couldn't watch anything all night, and the phone was also not plugged in so we couldn't call the front desk.

The location was fine, but the couch was not clean, the lamp had stains on it, the bedding had stains on them, and I had trouble opening the door to my room.

The breakfast was excellent and the chocolate chip cookies were the best! The shower had 2 co dituoneta and the body wash spout was broken, the couch was slanted and the carpet was filthy!
