“Wrong check-in time on booking, careless company.”
We had a reservation for this campsite , however when we arrived at 17:00 we were not allowed to go there. Apparently you have to check in before 3 pm. the check-in time was indicated until 6 pm. Furthermore you cannot enter the national park by motorbike, so you have to walk the 7 km to the campsite. This means you have to arrive very early to make it. None of this information was made transparent . I even texted them 2 days prior to our arrival asking about more information, however they did not respond. When we arrived and the gates were closed we gave them a call and they didn't care at all that we couldn't enter. They just cancelled our booking and said that we have to go look for something else. Thus we had to drive to Hue when and arrived when it was almost dark, since there was no other accommodation in the area. Again, and the time we booked none of this important information was given to us, the check-in time was obviously wrong and the didn't give a single f. This can't be a good company if they are so careless towards their customers
